We are a Los Angeles–based real estate developer completing 100+ new residential units each year. Our company builds, owns, and manages a growing portfolio of modern multi-family communities across the city. As a vertically integrated team, we handle development, construction, and property operations under one roof.
We are now expanding our in-house leasing team to professionally market and lease our own newly built units, ensuring a streamlined process and exceptional experience for every prospective resident.
Position Overview
The Leasing Agent will assist with showing units, completing leasing documents, supporting prospective tenants throughout the application process, and maintaining strong communication with residents. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Why Bilingual?
Because many of our prospective and current residents communicate primarily in Spanish, fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our community’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Explain lease terms, policies, and application requirements
- Assist applicants through the screening and leasing process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and move-ins
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams
- Ensure vacant units are ready for showing
- Support marketing efforts, including listing and updating vacancies
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Active California Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, leasing software is a plus)
- Previous leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
