We are an established West Los Angeles, full-service mortgage company that specializes in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, and that also offers Conventional FNMA, Non-QM and Government Loan Programs.
THIS IS A CANVASSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION ONLY - NO SELLING IS REQUIRED - MORTGAGE LICENSING IS REQUIRED FOR OUR SALES POSITIONS - PACSHORES MORTGAGE WILL SPONSOR RIGHT CANDIDATES IN SECURING A MLO LICENSE AND TRANSITIONING INTO MORTGAGE LOAN SALES.
Duties to Include:
* Contacting Broker's borrowers and Lenders leads to set appointments for sales presentations
* Obtain and update client database with current information
* Follow up Phone Calls to new and pending Broker's Lenders and Prospects.
* Establish basis for stalls in Closing Process.
* Implement necessary steps to resolve stalls and facilitate Closings.

Qualifications:
* Prior successful Mortgage Telemarketing / Solicitation experience.
* Professional, pleasant and Courteous Telephone and Customer Service demeanor.
* Superior Organizational Skills
* Familiarity and ability to use standard Office Software, including Email and CRM programs
* Ability to follow up, schedule ongoing contact and updates with various Prospects and Lenders.
