Fast paced, aggressively growing commercial real estate firm in need of Lease Administrator. Applicant must be entrepreneurial and growth minded to match company culture.
Background in commercial retail/shopping centers with CAM/NNN charges a strong plus.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, strongly preferred. CPM/RPA designations a plus.
Prior experience in lease administration; Commercial retail/shopping center real estate or asset management industry experience, a plus.
Must have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and strive for constant improvement.
Strong accounting background and familiarity with lease provisions and CAM reconciliations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and be able to interact with all levels including, but not limited to senior management, outside consultants and vendors, etc.
Must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, growth minded, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Experience with Appfolio (or other property management account software).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and be responsible for ongoing Lease administration related to retail leases.
Ensure the collection and subsequent filing of counter signed agreements in a timely manner.
Managing the document execution process, including, but not limited to scanning and distribution of final leases and amendments to relevant parties.
Track ongoing account receivables and payables, insurance contracts and vendor contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Maintain tenant statement/rent/bill-back files.
Complete tenant lease summaries and abstracts.
Assist in annual budget preparation and analysis.
Review monthly tenant posting reports and provide comments.
Various special projects and support growth/sales initiatives.
