Established and Custom Home Builder & Reconstruction company in Santa Monica searching for a full-time Office Manager. MUST HAVE 5+ years of similar experience. Looking for a long term, detail oriented, organized person who can multi-task, expect the unexpected, and handle challenges with grace.
Will be expected to:
• Maintain Insurance Files
• Manage owner's schedule
• Manage job bidding process
• Prepare invoices and other paperwork for the in-house bookkeeper
• Oversee general admin of the office
• Data entry
Experience with Quickbooks, Procore, and ADP for payroll required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must be fluent in English, Spanish speaking is a plus.
Office hours are 8am-5pm on Monday-Thursday and 8am-12pm on Fridays. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include two weeks paid vacation and modest annual bonus.
