I’m a retired male, 64, looking for a place to call home. I spent many years working as a general contractor and construction superintendent, so fixing and maintaining things is second nature to me. I’m highly skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting—you name it—and I still have all my tools. I’d be a great fit for a situation where light property or building maintenance is needed in exchange for housing or reduced rent.
I also have a small senior rescue dog I’ve had for over 5 years. He’s under 10 lbs, very quiet, and not a barker. As he’s getting older, I’m hoping to find a ground-floor unit, ideally with a small yard to make things easier for him.
I’m clean, responsible, and easy to get along with. If you have a space available and could use someone reliable and handy around the property, I’d love to hear from you.
