Professional for hire (Los Angeles)

I’m a hands-on program/operations professional based in Los Angeles. For the past two decades I’ve supported public sector teams, early-stage startups, and nonprofits. I’m not the loudest voice in the room; I focus on listening, clarifying goals, and delivering clean, documented outcomes your team can maintain.

What I do
• Stand up or stabilize programs and workflows (Agile/Scrum, stakeholder coordination)
• Light-to-moderate CRM/data work (Salesforce, reporting, process automation)
• Cross-functional launches and special projects (scoped plans, milestones, owners)
• Crisis/issue response: calm triage, clear comms, practical next steps
• Community/government/nonprofit collaboration and respectful external comms

A few representative projects (employers omitted for privacy; happy to share references once we align)
• Led a Salesforce rollout for ~50 staff at an LA health nonprofit; reduced manual reporting and created simple dashboards.
• Managed technical integrations and client success for pro sports accounts at a national ticketing tech company; retained 100% of assigned accounts.
• Helped an early privacy/security startup professionalize BD operations during a growth/investment phase.
• Supported in-state operations and public events for a U.S. Senate office; logistics, compliance, and constituent comms.
• Managed a community infrastructure build (~$250k) delivered ahead of schedule and under budget through collaborative planning.

How I work
• Listen first → define scope, owners, and decision paths
• Ship small, often → leave behind clear docs, checklists, and training
• Keep comms steady and respectful → inside and outside the org
• Protect budgets and people → thoughtful tradeoffs, no heroics

Tools & approaches (selective)
Salesforce (admin/user workflows), basic SQL/reporting, Python for light automation, Google Workspace, Notion, Trello/Jira, Looker/Tableau. Comfortable translating between technical and non-technical teams.

  • OK for recruiters to contact this poster.
