I believe that in this industry, you must develop or have people skill traits. I also have a very extensive education and law enforcement training: A.S. in Criminal Justice, B.S. in Criminal Administration, M.A. in Organizational Leadership/Public Administration, POST Certification at Fullerton College Police Academy.
My training includes, but is not limited to, the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Guard Card, Exposed weapons permit, California, Florida, and Utah concealed weapons permits, and all current status. I am pursuing only independent contract work. I do not possess a PPO to work as an independent licensed security personnel, but I can provide private and personal protection services.
