Master bedroom and en suite bath in a 2 br/2 ba luxury unit, centrally located with easy access to the 405 and 10 freeways, downtown Culver City is also walkable. Private back balcony for any of your 420 desires, but please no smoking in the house. Washer/dryer combo in the unit and a laundry room below for faster laundry. Tandem underground parking and we leave keys above the fireplace to make the switches as needed, lots of extra visitor parking. Most of the apartment is furnished, but can accommodate some of your items. We've got a table setup in the living room for double desk job work, but there is space for a desk in your room if you are more private. Complex includes pool, bbq, hot tub, gym (see virtual tour below).  We can negotiate a bit on utils, but they're roughly $150/mo. Sec Dep is $1k (neg.).

You: Prefer M, but open to anyone. Please no couples. Relaxed, friendly, has own life but cool with hanging out. Pets are okay with me, but the building will charge you something to have them. Temp sublet ok.

Me: 45yo single, easygoing, straight male. I cook all the time, volunteer at a local theater which takes up a lot of my time, and I play football on the weekends. I have friends over occasionally for dinners or board game nights, but I'll always give you a heads up, and you're welcome to participate at your leisure. We keep the place clean as much as we can without being anal about it, though I hire a lady to clean the place once a month too. I've lived here 10 years and love the location and the vibe of the complex.
