We have a room for rent in a 4 bed/3.5 bath townhouse a few blocks from downtown El Segundo, available now for $1350/mo plus $150/mo for utilities. This is the 180 square foot master bedroom with it's own master bathroom. The house has in unit washer/dryer, limited garage space for storage(not for parking), a large main floor common space with shared half-bath, and ample street parking. The lease is month-to-month, but we would prefer someone who is looking to stay for at least a year.

Currently, the place has 3 males in our early 30's to early 40's, and we're looking for a male or female in roughly that same age range. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and very walkable. The beach is less than 1.5 miles away, or about a 5 minute bike ride. There is a large park with tennis, basketball, volleyball, and pickle ball courts just a 2 minute walk away. It is also very close to the airport and the 105 and 405 freeways. This place has been a revolving door of people over the years, and it has always had a nice family feel, and we would like to keep it that way.
