In the house, We all work and are to ourselves for the most part.. There are rules and things.... and if you want I can sent you the Rental Guest Agreement.. to look over..

This is more information:

-It is a great house with a huge backyard (for LA)...

-The room is a cool size (furnished)...

-Nice cooking area and 2 TV room.. Pool table and Bar room... 3 balconies.. 5 bathrooms.. Half basketball court.. Computers to uses freely.. to Dining area and fitness center.. etc.

-The rent plus utilities and cable/internet per month is $$1115. There is a extra $30 fee for the maid (comes up to 3 times a month) and the deposit is $300 (which is refunded when move-out with no damage to room or property).

-The total move-in fee will be $ 1145+ 300 = 1445.

-There is a first come first serve parking for two parking spots in the carport daily.. Everyone are told to use street parking first if it is a close spot on the street). It is good parking, around the house.

-A close intersection is Manchester and 10th Av.

-There are malls like the Fox Hills Mall, Baldwin Hills Mall, and so on... the bus-line south/ north and east/ west is a block away (even the rapid transit stop).
Also the LAX/ Expo Train walking distince...

Close spots….. 7/eleven, McDonalds, Ralphs, Food for less, In n Out, Wingstop, 99cent Store, Dollar Tree, Arco, Mobile, Target, Costco, and many more
