Very large (15'x14') private master bedroom and private bath available on its own side of the apartment. Room is like having your own apartment. Why pay $2700 for a 1-bedroom apartment when you can have this set up? Room has 2 large closets and storage cupboards. Use of kitchen and living/dining area. Great quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking, 2 miles from both Hermosa/Manhattan beach piers.

Apartment has on site washer/dryer, dining area, dishwasher, patio and two balconies. The home is completely furnished so there is no room for furniture other than your room. The bedroom is NOT furnished. Non-smoking/drug free/pet free/no shoe home. Parking is on the street.

I'm a professional, respectful male. I'm active and social but I don't bring the party home.
