Rooms include own bathroom, large windows, wood hardwood flooring, own patio door access, closets with shelf/hanger system.
Multiple common areas - large great room / dining room / kitchen. And there is also another family room upstairs that can be used as office/hang out area. Home has washer/dryer. Access plenty of street parking.
Seeking responsible and respectful person to share. Sorry, no pets. Also, to keep the house clean - I am asking that you remove your shoes before you walk inside the house, so if that is too troublesome then it won't be a good fit.
Additional for utilities/internet - minimum $120/month (although no cable TV) and security deposit of $1,700.
I am Asian professional male who usually works from home and enjoys sports.
The other 2 roommates are male professionals with range from mid 20's-40 (whoever moved in would be the 4th roommate).
My roommate is leaving for family reasons and he is planning on moving out on October 19th, so the place will be available then. Also, the move in date can be flexible since there can be room to store things and move in earlier.
