The room does not have a locking door, but rather it has a closing blind door. A (living room area) essentially with plenty of room ,again not fully private, so you do not share a room with anyone, but again, it does not have a locking door only blind doors, which is why the price is so low for this prime location. I work from home, or at work at my second job, or on set. One bedroom apartments in this neighborhood plus utilities are astronomical.
It has all brand new amenities, new hardwood floors, brand new sinks, marble floors in both the kitchen and bathroom, A high powered A/C, Highest Speed Internet, Washer & Dryer, New Printer, New Stove, New Keurig Espresso/Coffee Machine, New Microwave,New Filtered Shower, New Ceiling Fan, Your own spacious closet, also your private cupboard space in kitchen & bathroom. A semi furnished room bed a computer desk/personal work space. Plenty of room for your own bed, up to a queen sized.
I am open to removing anything & one can furnish the room as they see fit. Rent & bills come to roughly $2100 a month, You would only be responsible for $800 of that, so it is $800 for rent plus 1/3 utilities utilities, as they do fluctuate. Perfect place for someone who just needs a home base in Hollywood. I also have an 8 panel oriental shade if needed for privacy.
About me, I'm a 34 year old straight male musician/actor/writer &comedian. I keep it mellow &. I do data entry from home 4 days a week, so I'm home mostly Mon-Thurs , along with a second job I am pretty busy. Looking for someone who has a full time job & or;a life outside the apartment&
I'm quiet, always using headphones. I am all about peace & open communication. I'm very easy going & don't party much, aside from occasionally on weekends outside the apartment, also 420 friendly. I rarely have company over & I am looking for someone, female or male, that shares the same characteristics, has things to do & a positive attitude.
I will be doing background checks, but I'm flexible. Must have proof of work & show the ability to pay rent on time. Cigarette smoking is fine, outside.
