Share the house with two friendly, down-to-Earth people; a tour guide/screenwriter, and a TV journalist. Both creative and into the Arts. We are easy to get along with, cheerful, positive, will respect your space. Also there's very nice cats. They don't go in the bedrooms, but you must like cats!
The room is furnished with queen bed, nightstands, bookshelf, desk. Could take the bed out if you'd rather bring your own. Rent is $1300, + $75 utilities/WiFi, with $1000 deposit. Total move in is $2375.
Would also consider renting the entire 4-bed house if you've a friends group or family - just ask if you're interested.

Near the 10 fwy at La Cienega, and Jefferson/La Cienega Metrorail. Not far to the 405, Sony Studios, UCLA, LAX.
