We’re looking for a roommate — move in ready. You'll get your own private bedroom with a roomy closet and a view of hummingbirds buzzing past. The room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk, and chair if you want them. The room has underfloor heating.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
Our 3 bed 2 bath apartment is very spacious (~ 1,350 sq. ft., ), especially for the neighborhood and price range; our living room and dining rooms are large and feature air conditioners. We have a garden level flat, so you won't need to go through a shared gate, or lobby. The apartment comes fully furnished with kitchen appliances, cookware, utensils etc. Your bathroom (shared with one other person) recently had the plumbing upgraded, so the shower delivers water smoothly.
ABOUT THE AREA:
The neighborhood is safe and quiet while being only two blocks from major bus lines. There are coffee shops, cafes, and many grocery stores within a 5 minute walk.
ABOUT THE RENT:
The rent of $1280 will be pro-rated for the first month. Utilities + high-speed internet is $100 a month, so the total is $1380 per month.
FYI - we have a very cute puppy who sleeps in one of the roommates bedrooms.
