We are two women in our 30s looking for a third person to move into our 3BR/2BA apartment in West Los Angeles. The room will be available November. You would share a bathroom with me and shared kitchen/living area- the second roommate has her own bathroom and will not use ours. Our unit is in a secure building with a gated garage where we have two non-tandem parking spots that we would share - otherwise there’s plenty of street parking. Washer/dryer is available on site. The building and the neighborhood are great - very walkable and quiet. There’s a Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s a few blocks away, and nearby are the 405/10 freeways and Sawtelle Japantown.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and responsible. We are also COVID conscious as well. You would be living with two professionals working full-time so this would be great for someone similar or a grad student. No pets or couple shares, please.
Month-to-month lease, $936 monthly rent plus utilities (internet, electricity, and gas--usually $40-80 per month per person). Application fee is $49.12 and is non-refundable. Processing fee is $250 and does not go towards any rent (we will split this amongst all roommates), and the security deposit one month's rent. Minimum required credit score for application is 680. Room is on 3rd floor and building does not have an elevator, sorry.
