Available now: Large private furnished room in a gorgeous 4 bed/2 bath house in the safe and centrally located neighborhood of Westside Village (between Palms and Mar Vista). Beautiful sunny backyard with fruit trees, easy street parking, in-unit laundry, hardwood floors. Walkable to Trader Joe’s and only 15 min to Venice and Santa Monica beaches and 10 min to UCLA, Sawtelle and downtown Culver City. Easy access to major roads and the 10 and 405. The room is offered furnished with a queen bed, dresser and desk and full access to the house. Bathroom is shared with one other person. No pets, sorry. Rent is $1450 plus 1/4 utilities (about $75). Long term is preferred but we're open to short term. Please note our photos show the house unfurnished because we've just move in and are in the process of unpacking.

About us: We're three female roommates looking for a fourth female roommate. Two of us work in art-adjacent fields and one is an actress who relocated last year from NJ. We’re quiet, health-conscious and keep a clean house and prefer a roommate who will help pitch in to maintain a clean environment. We get along and like hanging out and watching movies and sitting and talking at the dining room table, but we also appreciate time alone and respect each others' privacy. The layout of the house and yard make it easy to enjoy some solitude.
