Rent: $1500 each room (includes utilities) If 1 person wants both rooms: $2500, If 1 person would like to share the 3rd bedroom and use it as shared office/guest bedroom $2000 ( I would only use it if I had a guest) This is actually what l’m currently doing with my roommate of 7 years, however, he is moving in with his fiance.
Both bedrooms are furnished but I’m flexible if you have your own furniture.

About me: I have 2 Maltese mix dogs. I am a teacher so I work Monday thru Friday. I go to the gym, try to keep shared spaces clean but a dish or 2 left in the sink isnt the end of the world, I smoke on the patio, sometimes have friends over and potential roommate can do the same, and I also enjoy walking across the street for a game of trivia or pool occasionally at Qs or Auld Fella. I am a social drinker but don’t really drink at home.
