I live in a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. You will have your own bedroom and external bathroom. The room has new furniture including a black wooden queen bed with a memory foam/spring hybrid mattress, a nightstand, dresser with mirror, and a 70” 3D Smart TV equipped with an Xbox and wi-fi access so you can access your own Netflix or Hulu accounts and more. The Xbox also acts as a BD/DVD player.
The unit itself is rather spacious and it's in a charming 1960s-era 10-unit apartment building. The living area is bright with floor-to-ceiling windows and brand-new carpet and linoleum was installed throughout the unit in August 2023. There's no central A/C but the living room has wall-mount air conditioning and there are portable A/C units in the bedrooms. The kitchen is good size but please note that there is no dishwasher, so please be mindful of your dishes. Another note: I have a shoes-off policy here and provide a large shoe rack in the entryway closet.
You will also have access to a tandem parking spot and a permit to park on the street when needed. We have a coin-op laundry room downstairs in the carport.
I live in West Hollywood, walking distance to many shops and eateries, including a two-block walk to Ralph’s, Target, and Best Buy. If you’re a travel nurse, I’m about two miles away from Cedars Sinai and about five miles from UCLA Medical Center.
I am ideally seeking a gay-friendly roommate who is looking for a furnished, short-term rental for three months or more (extended length of stay negotiable). Any candidate who is chosen to move forward with an application will need to complete a background check through my landlord which includes a non-refundable $50 credit check fee.
