It's a small apartment building with onsite laundry and plenty of street parking. No smoking, no dogs, no kids, no pork (the smell makes me nauseated), I’m also sensitive to perfumes/colognes. My apartment is only five minutes from Venice Beach. Also close by is Silicon Beach/Playa Vista, Culver City, Santa Monica and Abbot Kinney. On Sunday’s there’s a Farmers Market a block away. Nearby schools are UCLA, SMC, LMU and West LA College. If you need quick freeway access I’m close to the 10 & 405 Freeway Five minute walk to dozens of restaurants and local cafes and artisan shops.
The room is available on Sept 15th. Rent is $1,200 which includes all utilities (cable, internet, electric, gas and cleaning supplies). Need first month’s rent and security deposit of $1000 to move in.
