The apartment has central a/c and heat, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a quiet, short-haired cat who sleeps a lot. There's an outdoor "patiette" for morning coffee. We are on the ground floor, and our upstairs neighbors are very nice. You would share a full bathroom with a very clean, respectful person. We are within walking distance of a park, many restaurants, shops, and bus lines. $1250/mo. includes utilities. No incense or strong colognes, please.
