Seeking individual for 3-12 months. $800 refundable deposit and $250 non-refundable cleaning fee upon moving out. Pet and deposit are negotiable. Must provide proof of salary, simple background check and copy of credit report (Free Credit Karma ok). The open lease goes month to month with 30-day notice by either party. Longer term ok too.
ALL Included in the rent are: Central air/heat, balconies/patio, cable/wireless internet, dishwasher, gas fireplace. Washer/dryer in unit, Microwave, Pool, Spa/hot tub, small gym, some good, shared storage (large garage shed & locked bike cage). I supply queen bed/furniture, linens (optional), blankets (optional), etc. Cleaning services once or twice a month as needed.
The bedroom is 10 1/2 x 11 1/2 with a 5 x 5-foot walk-in, lighted closet. A 2nd bedroom 10 1/2 x 12 1/2 available for short term guests that visit the home. Very clean PRIVATE bathroom with a shower/tub. Room has a big window with lots of light. One, dedicated parking space available in the gated, underground garage as well - no tandem! Street parking is also plentiful, lighted and safe - right in front of the home. Street sweeping Wednesday & Thursday 12 noon - 2:30pm.
Close to all Freeways (105/405/10/90/91), beach (3 blocks), shopping, LAX, and Buses/Transit/Metro services available.
This home is great for an individual who works at/near the airport, tech, hospitals or goes to LMU/Otis. Traveling nurses, aerospace, displaced by fires/disaster, temporary short-term 3-6 month housing okay as well. Also, 30-40 minutes easy commute to most parts of LA, downtown and Long Beach.
The common areas are lightly decorated. I have a fully stocked kitchen with countertop appliances of all kinds included.
Quiet, peaceful life with a cat who is very friendly and lovable. I own 2 businesses and work from home. Very respectful and share in the responsibilities around the house.
I am kind, considerate and treat people with respect. I occasionally have friends, family or guests stay over short-term. Same for you, all welcome as long as they are respectful of the home. However, please no long-term guests. I enjoy staying active and go to the gym, read, travel, etc. I'm seeking someone who doesn't take life too seriously, has positive outlooks, enjoys socializing once in a while, pays on time, is responsible and easy to get along with. No drama, no drugs. Outside smokers only as there is no smoking in the home.
