This is a modern four-level home with multiple bedrooms and large shared spaces. The best part is the roof deck with great views — perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sunset. Laundry is in the house. Manhattan Beach adjacent, about 5–10 minutes to Hermosa Beach, and the 405 freeway.
CURRENT HOUSEMATES:
You’ll be sharing with a mix of working professionals (20s–30s). They’re easygoing, clean, and enjoy things like surfing, beach volleyball, hiking, cooking, and travel.
UTILITIES:
Additional $125/month covers electricity, gas, water, and high-speed WiFi.

Street parking is usually available near the house.
