Beach is 15 minute bike ride.
We're all good friends, easy going, very clean. Quiet and hard working during the week. The house can feel like you have it all to yourself at times because of our different schedules, but we're all great friends.
There is also a flat $100 fee to cover utilities, high speed internet, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, random repair services, the maid that comes occasionally to deep clean common areas.
