We are renting one bedroom with its own private entrance in our home. Room is separated from rest of house so it feels like your own little apartment. We are located in the upscale neighborhood on the border of Palos Verdes in San Pedro. It is a beautiful beach community with walking nature trails on both sides. Furniture is new and can be rented with or without to the right situation for an added cost. We are looking for a clean self motivated individual. Full time employed outside of the house. No smoking, partying, overnight guest, and no pets. This would be a perfect set up for a single person looking for a nice safe place to lay their head. Private courtyard, room has its own bathroom in room. Two closets one could be used as a pantry. We have included a small fridge and microwave in the room. Clean background check and good credit standing expected. Safe street parking in front of home. Call me for more details. please no exceptions to the previous items mentioned. Looking for a min. one year commitment. Washer/dryer next to room available for use. All utilities including electricity, water, gas, wifi are an added $100 per month.
