I'm a professional person that mostly working during the week. I also working out and eating healthy. During the weekends I socialize with friends and travel. I'm into different sports both indoor and outdoor like snow boarding, surfing, mountain biking, and other more.
The person that I'm looking for as roommate needs to be professional and responsible, able to pay the rent on time and keeping the place clean. Either female or male are welcome.
The condo is beautifully remodeled front corner 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with 2 car garage with door inside the building's gates. Totally brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including new fridge, microwave and oven), beautiful new bathrooms, fresh paint & new carpet, tile and hardwood flooring. Each bedrooms comes with 2 huge closets.
Fantastic location super close to Main St, beach, farmers market, 3rd St Promenade, PCH, the 10 FWY and all things Santa Monica. Security entrance and gated parking, pool with sundeck and nice patio furniture, and bicycle storage room.
You'll have your own bedroom, private bath, and garage parking. I'll live in the other bedroom. It is furnished condo but if you do have suitable furnishes to share they are welcome. Rent is $1600 includes everything but we split the electricity and cable. Believe me, the utilities are low.
