🚗10 mins driving distance to 3rd Street/SMC/UCLA and 20 mins to LAX airport/Downtown LA. Place is also conveniently close to bus lines, metro station, and bike rental.

💰Monthly rent is $1260 for the Guest room. First month rent + refundable security deposit need to be upfront.
✌️We are a couple with young kids. We get along with people and are very easy going. We also respect quiet personal space and pride ourselves on keeping a safe, clean and friendly atmosphere in our home. So we are very please and welcome you making our cozy home your home.
👩🎓Looking for someone who is quiet and nice. Female international student prefer. No drugs, no smoking, no loud parties, no overnight guest, no drama, and no pet, please. It is important that your room be kept neat, clean and same with the common areas. Any age applicant okay as long as you are mature enough to respect nice furnishings as well as respecting your roommates. You should be social and friendly, as that makes for a better living situation for everyone. Paying rent on time each month is important.
