We are looking for a roommate who cherishes a peaceful atmosphere, retreat energy and positive vibes.
Our sanctuary sits on a dead end street, and is a 2 minute walk onto a trailhead which meanders through the mountains for miles. The house has a fireplace, a garden overlooking the mountains, raised bed gardens for veggie planting, washer/dryer, and a communal kitchen. This is heaven on earth for the right person.
The bedroom available has high ceilings with a fan, and a big window facing our green private backyard.
The bathroom is shared with one other very clean female, and has jack & jill separate sinks, and a deep bathtub.
We are two females who are looking for someone who is CLEAN, LIVES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, and whom is CONSCIENTIOUS to retreat into a nourishing space surrounded by nature. This home is a SANCTUARY to us, and we treat it that way. The main house is three bedrooms, so you are sharing with just two other females.
The 4th bedroom is it's own apartment with it's own entrance.
We aren't cooking meat in the house, but you could cook on a grill outside, and our sanctuary is a non smoking/drinking zone. We are into health & wellness etc.
Available Dec 15th or Jan 1st. We are a bit flexible!
$1,450 plus security
electric & propane separate, wifi included
We would love someone who can envision themselves living here long term, at least a year ideally. Initially it's month to month to see if the energy flows.
