This is a 2 bed/2 bath condo, with the bedrooms separated by my bathroom. It's really quiet and has ZERO traffic noise!
There is an outdoor terrace that runs the length of the condo, an open kitchen with brand new appliances (dishwasher!), and a washer/dryer in the condo.
Your Room:
I am renting the Master bedroom+bathroom for $1832.00.
The room is large and has a huge closet, there's a ton of storage!
You get your own bathroom with separate shower & tub.
Your room is furnished and ready to go, towels/ linen included.
The Building:
This is an owner-occupied building with a tight community of people here who are professional and friendly. Everything about the condo makes for a calm and peaceful environment. Not only is the building and neighborhood beautifully serene, but I keep things chill as well.
The location is amazing!

You will be sharing with ONLY 1 person. I am a 35-year old female and work in finance.
I live a very busy life, so I prefer to make my home a great place to rest, relax and get away from busy LA life. During the weekdays, it's pretty quiet and I don't generally go out during the week.
I travel a lot for work and sometimes Iām gone for weeks, so I need to find someone who is responsible and trustworthy.
You:
