Looking for a good, compatible roommate for the second BR in a 2 BR/2BA apartment. The apartment has a balcony, large living and dining area, and dishwasher. The room measures approximately 13’ x 13’ and has good sized closet. Down the hall from the room is a private bathroom. There is also a non-tandem parking spot. The building has a pool/lounge area and a 24/7 laundry room. Utilities are half for internet and electricity while all other utilities are included. No pets are allowed. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Good credit (there is a credit check) and $1,300 security deposit is required.

A little about me: A gay guy in his 40’s who works from home part time. I’m nice, clean, quiet, considerate, conscientious, honest, and responsible. My interests include the gym, the outdoors, church, music, amusement parks, bowling, photography, and gardening. I enjoy hosting one or two events a year such as dinner or cocktail parties, otherwise not a partier. I decorate the apartment for Halloween and Christmas.
