There's also gated underground parking and laundry facilities on site. You'll have your own bathroom and the living room is large and airy. Rent is $1050 plus half of utilities and a security deposit. It will be available at the end of January but possibly a bit sooner.
The room is unfurnished and for one person only. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who'd like to stay long-term. And for reference, rent for 2-bedrooms in this building start at $3,400 (1-bedrooms start at $2,400).
