About the apartment: It has a balcony, large living and dining area, and dishwasher while the building has a pool/lounge area and a 24/7 laundry room. Apartment is fully furnished while room is not. Down the hall from your room is your private bathroom and you’ll also have your own non-tandem parking spot. You’ll pay half for internet and electricity while all other utilities are included. No pets are allowed. Rent is payable by check and due on the 1st of each month. An $1,100 security deposit is required.
About me: A fit gay guy in his 40’s who works from home part time. I’m clean, quiet, considerate, conscientious, honest, responsible, and nice. My activities include the gym, the outdoors, church, music, amusement parks, bowling, photography, and gardening. I enjoy hosting one or two events a year such as dinner or cocktail parties, otherwise not a partier. Politically I’m moderate and enjoy friendships with people all over the political spectrum. I decorate the apartment extensively for Halloween and Christmas.
