-New Brakes in front and rear
-New Drive Belts
-Journeys OffRoad Lift Kit
-Bilstein Offroad Shocks in Front and Rear
BF Goodrich K02 Tires with 2k miles on them
-New Catalytic Converter
-Flowmaster Muffler
-All new Exhaust Piping from Cat back
-Recent Differential service
-Recent Transmission Service
Sink works, lights in rear work, Inverter works, propane stove top works. Has custom curtains and leather seat covers. Headliner is in good shape. Swivel chair works perfect. Aftermarket radio with USB plug in.
Top pops perfectly and has some wear. Lifters show some wear in rear. Camped in it many times with no problems. Had a roof leak when i bought it, but the source has been located and fixed
Zero rust. Has upgraded 700R4 4 speed transmission that was replaced 40k miles ago. Have paper work and lots of service records dating back 25+ years
No oil leaks or transmission fluid leaks. Does not burn oil or coolant. I have driven this van up and down the coast this year and towed my standup jet skis behind it no problem.
Clean Title in my name and passes smog.
Fly into LAX and drive it home
