Vehicle is in great mechanical condition, well maintained, reliable, everything works. No rust. Recent full synthetic oil change and new battery. Runs smooth. Mileage is currently 169,450.
Passed California smog, registration paid through July 2026 (as commercial truck).
7’ 1” in height - it can fit in most parking structures that can fit pickup trucks. Has backup camera and an outdoor monitoring camera.
2 physicals keys, and 2 fobs.
Physical Condition: Please see pictures. There is a repaired scrape on the lower part of the passenger side door, there is a dent on the front license plate and some scratches on the front bumper, a small but visible rock chip on the windshield, and a small dent on the rear bumper. Other than the above cosmetic defects, no accidents. RV vinyl decals are removable if you prefer a stealth white van.
Electrical system (all purchased new in 2023):
- 2x 12V 280AH LifePO4 batteries (providing up to 6,720 watt-hours per charge)
- 2200 Watts Pure Sine Wave Inverter, 12V DC to 110V AC
- 50A LifePO4 Battery Charger (full charge in around 10 hours on a normal 110v outlet - the charging port can be found inside the fuel door, above the gas cap.)
Air system:
- Coway Airmega HEPA Air Purifier for Air circulation
- Honeywell 9,000 BTU A/C & Dehumidifier (exhaust under the van)
- Front windows have rain guards, can be opened discreetly to provide airflow.
- NOTE: I have a 11” RV Roof Vent Fan from Hike Crew that's brand new in the box, that I will include with the van. I just never had the time to install it.
Interior Amenities:
- 120v wall power plugs connected to battery system (up to 2200W/hr total)
- Insulated ceiling and side walls with Roxul Rockwool
- 6x Recessed Halo ceiling lights (with adjustable brightness dimmer)
- 40” onn Roku TV (some scratches)
- Twin sized bed
- Desk with cord cut-outs for charging cables
- Light up mirror
- Storage: slide-out clothing bins under desk, white metal storage shelf, 3x in wall shelfs, 3x in-wall bottle holders, towel racks, more storage under bed
- No-plumbing camping toilet (removable, held by magnets)
- The middle panel connecting to the driver’s area is held together by magnets, and can be removed. The TV can also be lifted up to provide a small emergency exit to the driver’s compartment.
Vehicle Charging:
The van can be charged via an extension cord on any 110v outlet. You would charge it similar to as you would charge a Level-1 electric car. Battery provides about 6000 watt-hours of usable power per charge.
