Hi,
I’m looking for a good place to call home. I have money saved, great references, and a great job. My father passed a couple months ago and it’s changed my world a bit . I’m in the process of grieving and taking this time to make some changes in my life. I’m 43 years old. I worked in the trades for several years and took those skills to become a project manager for the company I work for now which is a creative production company. I’ve worked in film, I play music and I’m a certified arborist. I’ve traveled a bit in life and I’m looking to settle down a bit although I travel a few days a week for work . I’m looking to have a deeper experience beyond the hustle and bustle. I have no kids, I’m single (don’t date much, focused on other things) I bring a lot of value to the table. I’m a very good neighbor and community member, I love to engage and I also love to respect space and peace. I’d love to find a sweet little home while I get tapped into LA, I have an employer in Hollywood and lots of other great connections. I could pay rent and cover some rent ahead of time and I also could work on some projects and do some caretaking. I’d love to find a place to do some caretaking on a nice property. I have references of my work and I’ve done some pretty impressive jobs. As for me , Ive played music my whole life (saxophone mostly) I don’t tend to play at home as much and play at practice spaces mostly. I take part in sweat lodges (tending fire) and other Lakota traditions. I do have a mix breed service dog who is with me almost always, he even flys on planes. He does not bark, is not aggressive at all and is excellently trained. He found me in the desert of northern New Mexico when I lived there last year. I would love to share more about myself and ultimately find a great home this is very important at this time. Feel free to email me and ask me anything at all. Thank you for your time.
Richard
