Responsible couple seeks 4-6 month furnished rental (Marina Del Ray)

We're a responsible couple looking for a furnished 1+ bedroom to rent in Marina Del Ray/Venice/Ocean Park starting in early January for 4-6 months. We are snowbirds coming to LA to find warmth and ideally, we can walk or bike to the beach. We need space to store 2 bikes and would like laundry on-site.
While in LA, we love to play beach volleyball and ride our bikes and Jenny sings with the Agape International Choir for the easter season. We both have steady positions in healthcare and work remotely.
We come with our dog Sadie, who is very low impact - she's 15 lbs, not destructive or barky.
Happy to provide some excellent references that will say we leave things better than we find them. Our budget is around $2,850 per month.
