I am a Hispanic and mature man, 56 years old, seeking a private room to rent for $600–$700 per month in the areas of Carson, Torrance, Wilmington, San Pedro, Lomita, or Harbor City.
Quiet and respectful
Work night shifts, so I sleep during the day
On my two days off, I take care of errands, laundry, and essentials
Non-smoker, do not drink, do not use drugs
No pets, and I prefer a place without pets
I do not own a car, so I do not need parking
What I’m looking for:
Easy access to public transportation, especially Bus Route 205
Kitchen access at least once a week for cooking, and light use (warming food) on other days
Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) available at least once a week
A clean, safe, and respectful environment
