Hello. Single male needs room as soon as possible, in the Santa Monica/Venice/Culver City area. I can pay $175 for January, then $575 starting in February. You would get Direct Deposit from Social Services, but I need to return the paperwork before 2 January. So please hurry!

I will sleep on a sofa, the floor of your garage, laundry room or garden shed, even. I absolutely LOVE animals, cats and dogs. I will gladly help out with caring for your pet. I don't mind feeding. I'm good with cleaning litter boxes or walking doggo.

I don't have any mental illness or drug issues. I don't even drink. I'm very clean-cut and showered. I tried shelters, but they are full and have waiting lists.

I have Food Assistance (SNAP Benefit), so I can feed myself. I really only need a place to sleep. It's easier to find work when you don't have to carry a suitcase to an interview.
