I am a former Californian, grew up here and most my family are contractors. we still own businesses in the inland empire. I grew up here as a custom home painter then became a millwright/ ironworker/ welder. I now am a licensed General contractor, commercially endorsed and licensed property manager in oregon. We do mainly re models and additions for 13 years years now. We specialize in cut and stack/post and beam open concept type projects. We are state and federally licensed and ESB and Minority owned certified as well. We know how to do state and federal projects.

The reason I am posting and reaching out is NOT to sell our services. I an here for several days and would like to meet up with a couple more contractors or homeowners and talk about the happenings in malibu/palisades. I am in hopes and feel led to create a mutual relationship that would be a benefit to both businesses. I may or may not get licensed here, I may or may not work with other licensed individuals and investors to provide talent and have some fun re building some really cool homes.
