How does our installation process work?
1. Send us a picture of your water heater and the pipes going in. (Don't do close-ups)
2. Send us a text and provide your location address.
3. We go drain/disconnect the old unit.
4. We bring the new unit to your address with the supplier receipt for reimbursement and for your records.
5. The old unit is disconnected and the new unit/connections are installed.
6. The old unit will be removed from your location and recycled.
7. We offer lifetime warranty on all our labor.
8. Please pay balance on completion of the installation.
