We are one of the nation's leading independent producers of Annuities. We are currently looking for a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:
1. Process inbound leads via the telephone with goal of identifying and developing qualified prospects.
2. Follow up with leads to engage them in purposeful conversation to convert them into qualified prospects.
3. Schedule appointments with qualified prospects to speak with our financial advisers.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent oral communications skills
2. Ability to build rapport and display confidence over the phone with prospects mainly over age 60
3. Outgoing, personable, persistent and trustworthy
4. Financial sales experience is mandatory.
5. Basic understanding of financial products such as annuities, stocks, CD's, and life insurance.

1. Helping senior find suitable financial plans
2. 20 hours per week (you would work from your home).
3. Pay is depending on merit. Including salary and bonuses. (Potential to earn over $100,000 per year)

6. Preferred to have insurance experience and also sales experience is a big plus.
7. Must be confident dealing with people over the phone and have basic computer skills.
