compensation: Base salary + commission

Territory: This position covers the greater Los Angeles area, including the South Bay and City of Los Angeles as directed by management
Responsibilities:
Business development
• Identification of prospects and develop marketing strategies through cold calling, referrals, and research
• B 2 B sales of janitorial, cleaning & sanitary supply products and floor care equipment and supplies to targeted industries and market segments
• Relationship building through ongoing contact
Territory Management
• Manage territory by prospecting and targeting accounts
• Follow-up on leads generated internally
• Prepare & present proposals for supplies and equipment
• Maintain and build pipeline
• Drive sales cycle
• Create product awareness/benefits analysis for current customers and prospects
• Schedule demonstrations of equipment to prospects and customers
• Generate revenue and meet/exceed sales targets
Required
• Minimum of 1 year outside B-2-B sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Automobile or truck in good reliable condition
• Good driver record - NO POINTS OR DUI's
• High School Diploma/GED; AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Motivated individual who wants to earn 6 figures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs
• Experience in janitorial/sanitary supplies a plus
• Pass physical exam including drug screen and background check
• Physically fit able to lift 50 lb box
