An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Leasing Consultant in Inglewood, California. Hollypark Knolls Apartments is 384 Units, in an 18-acre guard gated community that has been extensively remodeled. If you are passionate about sales and customer service and have a proven record of success, then we'd be interested in speaking to you.
Responsibilities:
• As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home.
• Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floor plan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.
Qualifications include:
• Minimum 1-2 years of residential property management experience or equivalent sales and customer service background.
• Must work Saturdays and have reliable transportation, valid DL, & Ins.
Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus, but not required.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent work history and references.
• Bilingual Spanish/English very helpful.
$22.00-$24.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus + Benefits.
