Canvasser for a construction company.
Location: Los Angeles County
Schedule: Sunday-Friday (Fridays are half days).
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will represent our construction company by going door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. This is a critical role in expanding our customer base and educating homeowners about the services we offer, including [roofing, siding, remodeling, etc.].
Key Responsibilities:
-Canvass assigned neighborhoods and knock on doors to engage potential customers.
-Educate homeowners about our construction services and special offers.
-Identify interested prospects and schedule free inspections or estimates.
-Accurately record customer information and interactions using mobile apps or CRM tools.
-Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation goals.
-Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
-Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors.
-Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude.
-Must be dependable and punctual.
-Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: Commission only. Top Canvassers earn around $10K+ per month.
