Job summary
The Executive Sales Director will be a strategic leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth by securing and expanding high-value corporate accounts, event partnerships, and large-scale wellness program contracts. The ideal candidate is a visionary with a proven track record of executive-level sales achievement, capable of developing and executing sophisticated sales strategies. This role requires a dynamic leader who is not only a top performer but also a mentor for the sales team and a key player in the company's expansion plans into new territories like Nevada and beyond.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on securing and growing corporate accounts, major events, and strategic partnerships.
Spearhead the expansion of AahRelax.net into new geographical markets, working directly with company leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Actively prospect, pitch, and negotiate high-value contracts with C-level executives, event planners, and large enterprises.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor and leveraging these relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Mentor and guide sales representatives, providing strategic direction, training, and support to build a high-performing sales culture.

Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities and service offerings.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value of AahRelax.net's customizable, on-location services.

Manage a sales budget, track performance metrics, and provide regular, comprehensive sales reports to the executive team.

Represent AahRelax.net at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of proven, executive-level sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, particularly in corporate wellness, event planning, or hospitality sectors.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals with high-level decision-makers.
A consultative and strategic sales approach, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to present tailored solutions.

Strong analytical skills for forecasting sales, reviewing performance, and adapting strategy.

A self-motivated, goal-oriented leader with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
