Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, outgoing sales representatives to help us grow our client base across Southern California. This is a commission-only opportunity — perfect for independent reps, property service professionals, landscapers, or anyone with connections in property management or real estate.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and connect with property managers, HOAs, schools, gyms, and businesses with artificial turf.
• Promote rediturf’s turf cleaning services using flyers, online messages, or direct outreach.
• Set up appointments or pass along qualified leads to the owner.
• Earn commission for every job completed from your lead.
Compensation:
• Commission only (no base pay)
• Earn 15–20% per job sold — average job value $100–$1,000+
• Paid upon successful completion and payment from the client
• Unlimited earning potential
Maintenance contract commission pays the life of the active contract!!!
Ideal Candidate:
• Self-motivated and comfortable talking to people
• Experience in sales, property services, landscaping, or real estate (preferred but not required)
• Reliable communication and follow-up skills
• Great for those seeking flexible, part-time income
