We’re a home improvement company in Torrance looking for a canvassing / door‑to‑door manager to build our team from 5 reps to 25–35.

The Job
Build a high‑production canvassing team in the South Bay.
Recruit, interview, and hire new canvassers.
Train new reps on:
Door approach
Script
Qualification
Setting appointments
Run daily meetings: goals, quick training, motivation.
Work in the field with your team (not just in an office).
Track numbers every day: doors, contacts, leads, appointments.
Fire fast when someone is not doing the work or following the system.
Must Have (no exceptions)
2+ years managing a door‑to‑door or canvassing team (home improvement, solar, alarms, telecom, etc.).
Real experience recruiting, hiring, training, and terminating reps.
Comfortable working afternoons/evenings.
You like numbers and use them to manage your team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
If you don’t have door‑to‑door leadership experience, this is not the right fit.
Nice to Have
Home improvement experience (windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, etc.).
Experience taking a team from under 10 reps to 20+.
Familiar with Los Angeles and Orange County neighborhoods.
Pay
Base salary $50,000–$70,000 (depends on experience)
Plus weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses based on team performance and quality of leads.
