This is a 12-Core Dual Processor Tray for a 2009, 2010 or 2012 Apple Mac Pro. It has (2) 3.33 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon Processors. It includes (4) Samsung 16GB sticks of 1333Ghz DDR3 ECC Buffered Low-Profile RAM memory (64GB Total).

----- THE PROCESSOR TRAY MUST BE PAIRED WITH A FACTORY 2009 LOGIC BOARD! (OR A 2009 LOGIC BOARD THAT HAS BEEN FIRMWARE FLASHED TO 2012 FIRMWARE) OR... A FACTORY 2010-2012 LOGIC BOARD!

I just removed it from a 2009 Mac Pro with a logic board that was flashed with 2012 firmware. The processor and the RAM memory work perfectly and are in excellent condition. I have cleaned and dusted all of it thoroughly.
