This CPU cooler was opened and mounted on an AM4 motherboard / CPU once as a demonstration, but never powered on, and is therefore being sold as OPEN BOX.There is no dust or debris accumulation on the fins or heatsink, and all thermal compound has been removed.All mounting hardware and accessories are included. Thermal compound is also included; however, a small pea-sized amount was used from it, and the overall quantity can be expected to be slightly less than an off-the-shelf tube.
