Determine possible solutions, re-punch, re-terminate and/or replace a patch cable and cable run if necessary.

OUR TECH BRING THE FOLLOWING:

- Laptop (Windows latest OS) with at least Integrated 1 GIG NIC Card, dual band wireless, USB port, Putty(Installed)

- Cell Phone with mobile data connection that will be used as hotspot

OTHERS:

- Cisco console cable, patch cables, serial to USB adapter

- Diagnostic Tools: Cable Tester/Certifier(Fluke, Lantek, Klein tools), Toner-Probe Kit, and Digital multimeter

- Hand Tools: screw driver (flat head and Phillips of various sizes), including crimper and punch-down tool

- Extra RJ45s and ethernet patch cables
